This article is about a traditional Iranian sweet that is from Gilan, which is a green and beautiful Iran province. People are making this Halva for the Nowruz celebration, it is easy to cook this northern sweet with rice flour and you can prepare a delicious dessert for your parties by spending a little time.

In the north of Iran, many people grow rice as a result, you can find the best quality of rice flour. This traditional sweet is prepared with a combination of Iranian original ingredients like saffron and rice flour.

Ingredients:

. 1 cup rice flour

. 1 cup water

. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

. Half a cup of butter

. 1 cup sugar

. Half a cup of Golab

. 1 teaspoon saffron

. Pistachio powder for garnish

In the first step, put a pan on the flame and pour the rice flour into it, roasting flour is the important key to making Halva don’t leave the flour on the flame, while the flour is on flame stir it regularly and quickly. Third, add the syrup to the mixture of rice flour and butter. At this stage, you have to quickly stir the sweet so that it gets in good shape. Your Halva is ready and you can garnish that with pistachio powder.
