Green beans recipe

Today I want to share with you an exciting recipe with meat and green beans, if you want to cook healthy and delicious food, this recipe is one of the best options. Nutritionists have always advised us to have a variety of foods, and our body needs to eat fresh and different dishes.

Green bean feed is a simple and tasty Iranian food and there are the same feeds like that in different countries in the world. Green beans are one of the most useful and low-calorie vegetables that have many healing properties, green beans contain rich amounts of antioxidants and have many benefits for the skin and our body. Let’s look for a yummy recipe with them.

Ingredients:

. 200g meat, sliced

. 200g green beans

. 2 carrots

. 2 potatoes

. 1 onion

. 10 mushrooms

. 2 tablespoons tomato paste

. Salt, pepper, and turmeric to taste

. Oil for frying

In the first step wash and chop the onion finely after that, wash the sliced meat and put it in a suitable pot, add the chopped onion into the pot you can fry the onion and add meat to it, or if you want a healthier dish, just lighten the onion a bit without oil. The second step is adding meat to the pot following that add turmeric and pepper to the meat as much as you like.

Next, it’s time to add tomato paste to the feed (If you decide to fry the onion, fry the tomato paste as well. Alternatively, you can add the tomato paste to the pot and pour the stated amount of water over all the ingredients) after the paste adds 2 glasses of water to the pot and increase the flame and after boiling let the meat and ingredients cook on low heat, be careful not to run out of feed water at this time.

Now, chop green beans in a medium size and also chop carrots and mushrooms for adding to the feed. When the meat is half cooked add the chopped carrots, green beans, and mushrooms and also salt, and let the feed completely cook. Fry the chopped tomatoes and when the meat and green beans are cooked, add fried potatoes to the pot and turn off the flame after 5 minutes. (If you don’t like to fry tomatoes you can add chopped tomatoes to the feed with carrots, mushrooms, and green beans)

Rice or bread
