Kabab is grilled meat and Torsh means sour taste. This cuisine is a delicious dish with sour and soft meat that is served with rise and grilled tomato. Pomegranate paste is the most important ingredient of Kabab Torsh, the sour taste of this food is for that.

Ingredients:

. 500g lamb meat

. 1 onion

. 3 tablespoons pomegranate paste

. 100g ground walnuts

. Salt and pepper to taste

. Tomatoes for grilling

First of all, wash and chop meat into one-size pieces. After that, grate the onion. And the grind walnuts with a food processor, Then mix the onion and walnuts. Next, add pomegranate paste to the mixture and just add pepper to the mixture.

The key is you should not add salt at this time because it will make the meat hard, and as a result, it will take longer to cook. Now it’s time to add the meat to the mixture of onion and pomegranate paste, cover the meat, and let it rest for at least 4 hours in refrigerator. The longer the meat stays in the sauce, the tastier it becomes.

After removing the meats from the refrigerator, skewer them and then grill them. The best time to add salt to Kabab is after cooking it on the barbecue. Adding salt at the beginning will make it hard by losing its interstitial water.
