Nargesi

Nargesi is an Iranian omelet made with spinach and onion. In Iranian cuisine, there are several types of omelets, all of which are delicious and nutritious. We can start our day with one of these tasty omelets.

It is a quick breakfast or a light night. Nargesi has an Interesting combination. When you cook, you will be surprised with an amazing aroma. Let’s cook this dish for tomorrow’s breakfast.

Ingredients:

. 2 egg

. 500g spinach

. 1 onion

. Salt and pepper to taste

. Turmeric

. Oil

In the first step, wash and chop the spinach. Put a pot on gas flame and pour chopped spinach into the pot until it is steamed well. Now, chop 1 onion in a separate pan and fry them with oil. Then add steamed spinach to the onion pan and add salt, pepper, and turmeric as much as you like. Fry them together for fifteen minutes.

Now it’s the turn of the eggs. Add two eggs to the pan and to cook eggs with spinach and onion. Some people like to mix omelet ingredients and some people don’t like to mix that, It depends on you.

Add enough salt to the spinach and onion until you can add a little salt to the eggs. When the eggs are cooked your Nargesi is ready and you can eat this yummy hot breakfast.
