Sabzi Khordan

Sabzi Khordan is a famous Iranian side dish that is served with several dishes. A combination of fresh and green herbs which are beneficial for our body. Each of them has many properties that become more delicious and nutritious when served together.

This side dish is very tasty, as a result, Iranian people serve that with several foods. Sabzi Khordan can be served as a meal for breakfast or a light dinner with cheese, and bread. Additional toppings such as dates or walnuts can be added if desired.

. Radish

. Spring onion

. Savory

. Garden cress

. Fresh garlic

. Dill

prepare as many fresh and ripe herbs as you want, and clean them after that wash them and combine them. It is a colorful side dish and it tastes great for different food flavors. If you don’t like any of the listed herbs, feel free to remove them and create your own combination.
