A nutritious breakfast

Date omelet is an Iranian traditional cuisine for breakfast. This delicious dish comes from Tabriz one of the Iranian big cities that is so flavorful and nutritious food. Tabrizi people call this dish Ghisava. If you are looking for a sweet and satisfying breakfast option, you can try a date omelet.

Ingredients:

. 4 eggs

. 5 dates

. Butter

. Walnuts, chopped

. Salt to taste

. Cinnamon powder

. Ginger powder

Choose a pan, pour a little butter after that, take the kernel of dates, and cut each into four parts. Add the dates to the pan for frying. Chop the amount of walnuts as much as you like, when the dates become soft pour the chopped walnuts and also add cinnamon powder, and ginger powder.

Fry dates and spices together with the lowest gas flame. In this step, you can add eggs to the pan. Or pour them into a bowl and mix well after mixing add to the pan, it depends on your taste. I like to add eggs to the pan without mixing.

For the last step, add salt to the ingredients. When the eggs are cooked your omelet is ready and you can serve this tasty food. You can garnish your omelet with sesame.
