Ardeh-Shire (Sesame butter and grape syrup)

This tasty and healthful snack is a combination of sesame butter and one type of traditional syrup, for example, fig syrup, berry syrup, grape syrup or even you can mix sesame butter with honey. Generally, grape syrup and honey are the common choice for making this snack.

Healthy and simple omelet

. 4 eggs

. 1 tablespoon sesame butter or sesame

. 3/4 tablespoon grape syrup

. 1 bunch of walnuts, chopped

. Salt to taste

Choice a pan and pour a little butter in that to make the omelet after that add sesame butter or if you want you can use sesame seeds and also add chopped walnuts. Fry them a little, then add grape syrup to the sesame and walnuts.

Halva Ardeh is an Iranian dessert also many Iranians eat Halva Ardeh as breakfast. What is it? a mix of sesame butter, sugar, or grape syrup and egg. That has a sweet taste and you can buy this delicious dessert and use that as breakfast or dessert.

When you eat Halva Ardeh you can smell the great flavor of cardamom and also always people serve this dessert with sliced pistachio. As you understand now the best combination of sesame products is bread and also many people eat Halva Ardeh with butter in the morning.

Halva-Keshi

Halva-Keshi looks very similar to Halva Ardeh but they are very different together. Due to the presence of wheat flour in the preparation of Halva Keshi, the texture of this dessert is different. Halva Keshi is made with saffron and Golab so it has a different aroma compared to Halva Ardeh.

Ingredients:

. 210g wheat flour

. 120g sesame butter

. 500g sugar or grape syrup

. 150g walnuts, chopped

. 1 cup water

. 1 tablespoon brewed saffron

. 3 tablespoons Golab (rose water)

. Butter – optional

. Pistachio powder for garnish

To make Halva-Keshi, pour wheat flour into a suitable pan and then place the pan on flame with medium heat and fry a little the flour, the key is the color of the flour should not change in making Halva-Keshi. Now, add sesame butter to the pan and stir the mixture for about 5 minutes after the mentioned time add chopped walnuts to the pan and mix all ingredients very well.

At this time, immediately transfer the mixture to another dish. Now it’s time to prepare sweet syrup, in a pot pour water and sugar ( you can use grape syrup or any other types of syrups like honey instead of sugar) and stir the water and sweet syrup and put them on a flame when they are mix add brewed saffron and Golab increase the gas until the syrup boils. When the syrup is ready add that to the flour mixture and mix them. Note that the temperature of the flour mix and syrup mix must be the same, both should be warm or both should be hot.
